Our mission is to help individuals and families resolve their problems, overcome trauma, develop positive relationships and enhance self-esteem.

Each of our licensed clinical social workers has more than 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) - therapy for those dealing with trauma

Group Therapy

We have therapy groups for:

  • Adult survivors of sexual abuse
  • Stress management
  • Men who are overcoming violence
  • Women and children affected by domestic violence.

Family Life Education

Speakers are available to provide educational programs to help participants enhance understanding of issues such as:

  • Stress management
  • Men overcoming violence
  • Women's issues
  • Children exposed to domestic violence

Fees

 We are a provider for most insurance and managed care companies. We have an affordable sliding fee available with support from United Way. We receive a grant from N.Y.S. Office of Children and Family Services so teens can be seen at no charge.

Office Hours

Monday - Thursday - 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
